Slovak foundation focused on preventing homelessness and promoting housing stability for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. It develops integrated solutions that combine housing, health, social work, and employment support. The foundation advocates for systemic change and works closely with service providers, municipalities, and international partners to create inclusive support systems.
Activities:

As the lead partner of the project, DEDO Foundation is responsible for the overall coordination, strategic direction, and knowledge sharing across countries.

All for family, NPOThis partner focuses on supporting families facing housing instability — whether they are at risk of eviction, living in unsuitable conditions, or without a stable home. Their approach is built around a multidisciplinary team of professionals who provide comprehensive, tailored support to each family. The team includes: social workers, psychologists, a legal advisor, a peer worker (a person with lived experience) and other specialists as needed.
This team collaborates to provide comprehensive support to families and addresses a wide range of issues, for example:
- Housing challenges
- Legal matters
- Mental health support
- Family counseling
All for the family brings practical expertise in working with families experiencing housing insecurity, along with proven models of multidisciplinary cooperation.

Casa IoanaNon-profit organization based in Bucharest, Romania that provides temporary shelter and comprehensive support services for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, as well as for homeless families. The organization’s mission is to empower individuals and families to rebuild their lives free from abuse, fear, and housing insecurity.
Our Objectives:
Short-term: To provide immediate support by ensuring access to safe shelter, daily meals, a secure environment, and assistance in accessing necessary medical care.
Medium-term: To offer personalized social counseling to help individuals obtain identity documents and establish a legal residence; to provide psychological counseling and emotional support aimed at mental well-being; to offer guidance and information about available resources and rights; to support vocational orientation and preparation for re-entry into the labor market; to help children integrate or reintegrate into the educational system; to offer legal counseling to help navigate administrative or legal challenges; and to provide financial education that helps individuals effectively manage their personal finances and build financial independence.
Long-term: To support long-term social integration and reintegration by promoting stable and continuous employment, financial independence, access to stable housing, emotional well-being, and personal empowerment, enabling individuals and families to rebuild sustainable and fulfilling lives.

Housing First Poland Foundation / Najpierw mieszkanie PolskaPolish partner specializing in the Housing First method — working to spread this innovative approach to end homelessness throughout Poland. Housing is a basic need that needs to be fulfilled for further development.
Their work is rooted in the core values of Housing First: relationship – housing – choice – recovery – support – community.
Activities:
- Mental health support
- Integration of social and healthcare services
- Actions to counter stigmatization
- Research and advocacy
The organization’s psychologists support participants in life-changing decisions, ranging from basic household needs to complex institutional problems. Beyond working with regular participants, Housing First Poland maintains contact with people experiencing chronic homelessness, responding to each message and directing people to institutions where they can get accurate help for their needs.

MRI – Metropolitan research institute (Városkutatás Kft.)This Hungarian partner is an independent think tank focusing on urban policy, housing, and social inclusion across Europe. MRI combines research, policy analysis, and hands-on project implementation to help build cities that are inclusive, sustainable, and accessible to all.
Key areas of expertise:
- evidence-based research in housing and urban policy,
- analysis of the social impact of the energy transition,
- design and evaluation of EU-funded and national programs in housing, social inclusion, and urban rehabilitation,
- monitoring and evaluation of integrated health and social care programs for people experiencing homelessness,
- participation in EU and local partnerships focused on social innovation,
- knowledge-sharing through publications, training, and international collaboration,
- research on urban heritage and the role of open public culture.
In the SOLACE-CEE project, MRI brings a strong analytical perspective, deep policy experience, and a European network that supports sustainable, long-term solutions to homelessness.

HESED – Health and social development foundationThis Bulgarian non-profit organization, based in Sofia, is a licensed provider of social services. Their mission is to create opportunities for personal and community development, promote health and social well-being, and develop effective approaches for the successful integration of socially excluded communities.
Key activities include:
- Integrated social and healthcare services
- Improved access to medical care
- Focused on supporting families facing housing instability
- With a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including social workers, psychologists, medical professionals and peer workers
- Early child development support
HESED brings hands-on experience in community-based service provision and integrated care in Bulgaria.

MALTAI – The Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of MaltaWith over 30 years of experience, the Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta is committed to supporting people in need and reducing social inequalities. Its nationwide network of homeless services provides open and humane support to all. Through its DocRoom Health Research Program, established in 2022, MALTAI focuses on improving healthcare access for underserved populations.
In the project, MALTAI contributes research expertise, policy development, and innovation in integrated social and health services.
